Something the application needs on this computer is missing (code 35)

The window of the starter says: „Something the application needs on this computer is missing.“ Below it stands the error code 35; the diagnostic details (Alt+D) name the condition and hold the message and link the administrator wrote for it. The exit code of the starter is 35.

A condition of the project is not met: a file, a registry key or value, or a program under Apps that the project requires is missing on this computer (the kinds file, registry, program; see The project file). The starter checks the conditions before it installs anything, so nothing was changed.

1. Read the diagnostic details: they name the condition (file, registry or program and the value checked) and the administrator's message and link.
2. Install or set up what is missing as the message says, usually through the IT.
3. Start again.
