Microsoft Access is not installed (code 20)

The window of the starter says: „Microsoft Access is not installed on this computer.“ Below it stands the error code 20; the diagnostic details (Alt+D) hold the technical detail, also the output of Wkl.Bootstrapper.exe /diagnose. The exit code of the starter is 20.

WKL Bootstrapper 1.0 and later on Windows 11. Supported: Windows 11 with Microsoft Access of Microsoft 365, 32 bit.

No MSACCESS.EXE was found - neither through Click-to-Run, nor the install root of Office, nor the App Paths of Windows.

1. Install Microsoft Access, or the free Microsoft Access Runtime (in the bitness the application is built for, see Deliver an Access application to 32-bit and 64-bit Office).
