  • Chemical industry · Central Europe · since 2003

More than two decades of software partnership: AMED, WIS, and LD

    Challenge

Three business-critical systems—asset management (AMED), a workshop information system (WIS), and warehouse management (LD)—had to be run reliably, extended, and modernized step by step over two decades.

    Solution

Ongoing development in Delphi, a step-by-step migration to .NET 8, a modernized DevExpress user interface, database tuning, and a CI/CD pipeline.

    Result

Three stable systems in daily use, modernized in planned steps during live operation. We've worked together since 2003.

    Postquantensichere Verschlüsselung in automatisierten Systemen

Official German title of the funded project: post-quantum encryption in automated systems.

    Challenge

Control and SCADA systems can't be replaced as fast as cryptography changes. They run for decades, their algorithms do not. The question behind the project: how do you replace the algorithm without touching the plant?

    Solution

Implementation of ML-DSA and ML-KEM to the NIST standards, preparation for FIPS 140-3 validation (module boundary, self-tests, documentation), review against BSI TR-02102, performance benchmarks, and attack testing.

    Goal

A gateway that keeps cryptography at the edge of the plant rather than inside it: the control system should keep speaking its own protocol, while the algorithm behind the gateway stays replaceable. We document algorithms, key lengths, and measurements as the project progresses.

  • Automotive and mechanical engineering · International

Industrial software for international manufacturing sites

    Challenge

Facility data scattered across sites in several countries. Aging facility management systems with no central equipment registry, and incomplete maintenance processes.

    Solution

A central platform for facility management, equipment management, maintenance planning, and web-based reporting—across sites and in multiple languages.

    Result

One data foundation for every site. Noticeably lower maintenance costs. Real-time reporting for international management.
