This guide sets out how The White Knight Labs writes in English: on websites, in reports, audit documentation, manuals, user interfaces and error messages.

It is not a translated German guide. Where an English convention differs from the German one — the serial comma, the em dash, the decimal point — the English rule applies here.

• The ten rules that matter most — the minimum, if you read nothing else

The German and Slovenian guides carry about 95 detail pages each: punctuation, numbers, capitalization, word choice, accessibility, procedures. For English those pages do not exist yet. Until they do, follow the ten rules above and the Microsoft Writing Style Guide.
