Beta: The data service is published as a beta version. Features, configuration, and interfaces can change before the first released version.

Tasks on the server that runs the data service: install it, create the first administrator, back up the administration store, change the master key, and regain access if administration is locked out. You perform these tasks with the installer and the server commands, not with the administration app.
