Use data from the Gateway in Pivot Tables.
Procedure
- Import data (see Import Data)
- Select a cell in the table
- Insert → PivotTable
- Select and arrange fields
Tips
- Filter large datasets first
- Refresh regularly for current numbers
- Multiple tables? Use Power Pivot
Automatic Refresh
- Right-click on data connection
- Properties
- Enable Refresh every X minutes
