5.4 Work and Turnaround Planning
Creating a Turnaround
The menu function Record/Edit enables the creation of various Turnaround plans.

| Shutdown Type | Type of Turnaround |
| Reason | Reason for the Turnaround |
| Start Date | Beginning of the Turnaround |
| End Date | End of the Turnaround |
| Site/Plant-specific | Limits Turnaround to selected Site/Plant |
| Closed | Turnaround is no longer displayed in the list |
If a Turnaround is created and not yet closed, it is displayed in the „Edit Damage Reports“ menu and can be assigned to work items.
Overview
After selecting a Turnaround, the overview menu function displays all assigned work items.
In the listing, work items can be:
- modified
- assigned to other Turnarounds
After adjusting records, reassignment is performed via the „Refresh“ function.
Buttons

| C (Copy) | Duplicate record to split work |
| Word | Export to Word document |
The Word function exports the Turnaround data to a new Word document. This can be further processed, printed, or emailed as an attachment. The data is decoupled from AMED.
