Based on data from the EzA/S List, the result of a Safety Review can be entered.
Based on the Safety Review data, only minor data additions are necessary in the following forms:

- Monitoring Evidence
- Ex(i) Evidence Numbers
- Inspection History
- Commissioning
- Canned motor
- Grounding and Potential Equalization
The functions Table 5 Data, Ex(i) Evidence Numbers, and Inspection History are self-generating.
