The piping function enables the management of pipeline data and their assignment to process systems.
Field Definitions

| Pipe ID | Unique pipeline identification number. |
| P&I | Assignment to P&I diagram. |
| OU | Operating unit. |
| Medium | Transported medium. |
| Material | Pipe material. |
| DN | Nominal diameter. |
| PN | Nominal pressure. |
| Insulation | Insulation type if applicable. |
