How to use your personal certificate for data access.

A digital ID that identifies you to the server. Like an electronic ID card.

1. Contact IT department
2. Submit certificate request
3. Receive certificate file (.pfx)
4. Receive password separately

Windows:

1. Double-click on .pfx file
2. Enter password
3. Choose „Current User“
4. Finish

1. Windows key + R
2. Enter certmgr.msc
3. Under „Personal“ → „Certificates“
4. Your certificate should appear there
