5.3 Power BI with Certificate

Secure connection in Power BI Desktop.

1. Get Data → OData Feed
2. URL: https://gateway.company.com/odata/erp
3. OK

In the authentication dialog:

1. Select Windows (uses your installed certificate)
2. Or: Organizational Account if configured

On first connection:

1. Windows prompts for the certificate
2. Select your personal certificate
3. OK

For scheduled refresh:

1. On-Premises Data Gateway required
2. Gateway administrator configures certificate
3. You receive access to the data source
