5.3 Open Repairs
In this menu, reports of open work for the following areas can be previewed and edited:
- Electrical I&C
- Mechanics
- Piping
- Other work
Editing Options
By selecting the checkbox M E R or S, repairs can be moved between trades.
Available functions:
- Assignment to a Turnaround
- Completion notification
- Reassignment between different trades
- Duplicate record (split repair between Electrical I&C and Mechanics)
- Assignment of repair instructions
Views
Two views can be selected:
- Single record display
- List display
Print Options
Open work can be printed as:
- Single sheet
- List display
- Compact report
