4.21 HS/HZ List
The HS/HZ list is a Safety Review for Electrical I&C equipment of plant shutdown and emergency shutdown systems.
Equipment Identification
With the „yes“ checkbox, a column-selective selection of the shutdown type is made. The input fields of the respective shutdown system are then enabled.
Identification Letters

| HS | Main Switch |
| HSA | Plant Main Switch |
By selecting the classification, the identification letter is entered in the EzA/S list.
Form Change
A direct change is possible to:
- EzA/S List
- Inspection Specification
- Monitoring Evidence
Using the „+„ button, header data of the existing HS/HZ list is copied to simplify data entry.
