Document Description
Base Document Master data of the Measuring Point. A scanned document can be assigned.
Follow-up Document Lists the individual locations of a device sequentially. Multiple follow-up documents per base document possible.

Measuring Point Assignment

A large number of Measuring Points can be assigned to an identification number in the location follow-up document.

All Measuring Points that were entered via a Safety Review or EzA/S list are available as assignable Measuring Points.

The Measuring Point selection is made via the MSRST field (click in the field and open the combo box).

Barcode Print

To label a device, the following data from the base document can be printed as a Barcode:

  • Identification number
  • BAF number
  • SAP number
  • Year of order
Printing the Barcode is only possible once. A second printout is prevented.

Barcode Comparison

After reading the Barcode in the plant, it can be imported and compared with the current data of the Lifecycle. This enables a target/actual comparison of the location for a specific device.
