4.3 Inspection Specification

The criterion and prerequisite for automatically creating an Inspection Specification is the presence of an EzA number.

The Inspection Specification consists of a front and back page:

Page Description
Front page Created automatically based on the Safety Review and EzA number
Back page Associated document for defining the inspection procedure and effect

Front Page

The header data and inspection cycle are read-only. Other data can be added and modified.

Available fields:

Back Page

In the „Effect“ field, a standard text is pre-defined which can be supplemented or modified as needed.

Procedure:

  1. Click the „Back page“ button
  2. Create a row grid with „New inspection procedure, New effect“ for data entry
  3. Enter inspection procedure and effect
  4. Set checkmarks in the inspection procedure with Spacebar and „X“
The row grid is not present by default to reduce data storage for empty records.
