4.2 Safety Review
Entries in the Safety Review affect subsequent documents!
Data Processing
The following values influence further data processing:
- PLT position number (all 3 fields; data transfer from 1st field to contact)
- Classification
- Decision tree S, A, G and W
- Incident regulation
- Classification
- Functional test cycle
- Visual inspection
The calculation of the risk class is performed by the system according to the decision tree.
Classification
Classification of switch contacts and alarms is only possible according to the preselection on the left side of the form.
The definition of the functional test cycle is used in further processing for calculating inspection histories.
Form Change
Transition buttons exist to:
- EzA/S List
- Test specification
- Monitoring Evidence
You can switch between these forms while retaining the Measuring Point number.
Creating a New Safety Review
- In the EzA/S list, create a new record (fill in at least the colored fields)
- Check the „Safety Review„ checkbox
- Answer the question with Yes
- Use the form change button to switch to the Safety Review
- Fill in the red-highlighted fields
- Save using the record bar
The selection of an A classification is done automatically by selecting the fields Damage Extent, Duration of Stay, Danger Prevention, and Probability of Occurrence.
Deletion
Deletion is done in the EzA/S list by removing the checkmark in the “Safety Review“ field.
