2.4 Plant Stock Management

Setting Up Plant Stock

In the motor function, plant stock locations can be set up via the „A→B“ button.

This function is only available to Electrical I&C administrators.

Procedure:

  1. In the „Motor Mounting“ function, select Current Site/Plant and All Motors
  2. Click the „Prepare Motor Plant Stock“ button → Equipment without motors is displayed
  3. Select the equipment to be used as plant stock
  4. In the „selected“ column, check the selected equipment
  5. Select Building and Floor (naming of the plant stock is done automatically)
  6. Click the „Prepare Motor Plant Stock“ button again
The equipment is now available as plant stock.

Deleting Plant Stock

  1. First, Recoupling motors from the plant stock to be deleted to another storage location
  2. In the motor function „A→B“ Motor Mounting, select „Current Site/Plant„ and „All Motors“
  3. Click the „Prepare Motor Plant Stock“ button
  4. Select the plant stock equipment
  5. Remove the checkmark
  6. Click the „Prepare Motor Plant Stock“ button again
