1.2 Search Asset Data

To search for assets belonging to the same P&I diagram:

1. Click on the label P&I in the light gray field in the asset form
2. The P&I field is highlighted in red (= selected as search criterion)
3. Execute the search via the search field (binoculars field in form header)
4. All asset data with the selected P&I number is listed in the new window

The sorting of records in the new window can be changed by clicking on the form header field:

• „ext. AssetNo“
• „Group“
• etc.

To search for a specific asset number in the new search window:

1. Click on the form header field „ext. AssetNo“
2. Enter the ext. asset number in the opening search window
3. The search can be ended by closing the search field or by pressing the „arrow left“ key next to the search button
