===== Description =====
This scenario describes the **creation of Delta CRLs** (RFC 5280 section 5.2.4). Delta CRLs contain only changes since the last base CRL, enabling more efficient updates.
**Advantages:**
* Smaller download size
* More frequent updates possible
* Reduced bandwidth
* Faster propagation
**Disadvantages:**
* More complex implementation
* Base CRL must be available
* Additional infrastructure
