This scenario describes the definition of a **Certificate Policy (CP)** for Post-Quantum certificates. The Certificate Policy establishes the issuance guidelines and requirements for certificates within the PKI.

**What is defined:**
  * Policy OIDs for different certificate types
  * Issuance conditions and validation requirements
  * Naming conventions and DN structure
