Use data from the Gateway in Pivot Tables.

===== Procedure =====

  - Import data (see [[.:anwender:excel:daten-importieren|Import Data]])
  - Select a cell in the table
  - **Insert** -> **PivotTable**
  - Select and arrange fields

  * Filter large datasets first
  * Refresh regularly for current numbers
  * Multiple tables? Use Power Pivot

===== Automatic Refresh =====

  - Right-click on data connection
  - **Properties**
  - Enable **Refresh every X minutes**
