Using the data export function under **"{{wvds:i18n>pims_admin}}/Export"**, individual tables can be exported to an existing Access database.

This ensures that involved areas (e.g., for {{wvds:i18n>pims_safety}} analysis) can use partial data sets.

===== Overwriting Existing Tables =====

If the table already exists in the target database, a **confirmation prompt** will ask whether the existing table should be overwritten.
