===== New Report Processing =====

<note important>
Only the **"Repair Issuer"** user can process received reports. Repair reporters have **no modification rights** in this menu.
</note>

In the **yellow-marked area**, work can be assigned to different trades:
  * Mechanics (M)
  * {{wvds:i18n>pims_emr}} (E)
  * Piping (R)
  * Other (S)

Additional input options:
  * Other text
  * Issuer
  * Work release number

===== Workflow =====

  * If a report is **categorized** (M/E/R/S) → moves to **Open Repairs**
  * If a **{{wvds:i18n>pims_turnaround}} number** is selected → moves to the **{{wvds:i18n>pims_turnaround}} system**
  * Entry in **Date-Completed** → Completion notification and transfer to **Data Archive**

===== Duplicate Record =====

<note tip>
If a report must be processed by different teams, it can be split using **"Duplicate Record"** (e.g., Mechanics and {{wvds:i18n>pims_emr}}).
</note>

===== Overview =====

In this function, **all reports** are listed. Using standard MS Access filter options, specific repairs can be filtered out.

**Selection-based filter:**
  - Place cursor in a field (e.g., Equipment)
  - Right-click → **Selection-based Filter**
  - All records of the selected equipment are displayed
  - Filter can be further refined
