The EzA/S list is a compilation of {{wvds:i18n>pims_measuring_point}}s by {{wvds:i18n>pims_ri}} number.

In the EzA/S list, the **EzA number** is added as a prerequisite for creating a {{wvds:i18n>pims_safety}}, an {{wvds:i18n>pims_inspection_spec}}, and {{wvds:i18n>pims_monitoring_evidence}}.

===== Creating a {{wvds:i18n>pims_safety}} =====

If the **Safety Review** checkbox is checked in the EzA/S list, a {{wvds:i18n>pims_safety}} is created. The "Safety Review" button then appears in the upper area of the form.

===== Creating a new EzA/S List =====

  - Press the new record button (**>***) in the record navigator
  - Fill in **{{wvds:i18n>pims_measuring_point}} designation**, **EzA number** and **{{wvds:i18n>pims_ri}} number**

For creating another record with the same header data, use the **"+"** button in the form header.

===== Searching for records =====

  - Place cursor in any field (e.g., {{wvds:i18n>pims_measuring_point}} number)
  - Open search menu with **Ctrl+F**
  - Enter search criteria

**Alternative: Record filter**
  - Place cursor in the search field
  - Right-click → enter search value in "Filter by" field
  - Select "Selection-based filter" function

The selection can be undone with **Right-click → Remove selection-based filter**.

===== Sorting =====

Place cursor in the desired sort field → **Right-click → Ascending/Descending**

===== Printing EzA/S Lists =====

===== Deleting records =====

If deletion cannot be performed, the {{wvds:i18n>pims_measuring_point}} must be deactivated in the {{wvds:i18n>pims_monitoring_evidence}} and any attached {{wvds:i18n>pims_measuring_point}}s (e.g., grounding points) must be removed.
