===== Search by P&I Diagram =====

To search for assets belonging to the same P&I diagram:

  - Click on the label **P&I** in the light gray field in the asset form
  - The P&I field is highlighted in red (= selected as search criterion)
  - Execute the search via the **search field** (binoculars field in form header)
  - All asset data with the selected P&I number is listed in the new window

Clicking on a record in the new window displays it in the asset form.

===== Sorting =====

The sorting of records in the new window can be changed by clicking on the form header field:
  * "ext. AssetNo"
  * "Group"
  * etc.

===== Search by Asset Number =====

To search for a specific asset number in the new search window:

  - Click on the form header field **"ext. AssetNo"**
  - Enter the ext. asset number in the opening search window
  - The search can be ended by closing the search field or by pressing the **"arrow left"** key next to the search button
