This page answers one question: Which projects and repositories can I see?
You see only what your account is allowed to read. Both counts and both lists are worked out fresh every time you open the page; the wiki keeps no hand-maintained list that could go stale. What that means — and what it doesn't — is explained in Visibility and permissions.
